Do we do e-invoice for schools?
Yes, we do! Why pay for your own stamps when the school can do that for you? ;)

How long will the ink last and how many impressions can I make?
This is a tough one to answer. It largely depends on how hard you impress the stamp on paper each time. With regular usage, we estimate that you will need to refill the stamps within a few months.
How do I refill the stamps?
Do only use oil-based ink to refill our stamps. Instructions are available here.
How soon will my order be posted?
Orders containing only ready-made stamps will be posted within 5 working days upon payment. Orders containing custom stamps will be posted within 15 working days from confirmation of designs.
You can expect to receive your order within 3 working days from us mailing it out. An email notification will be sent once your order is on its way.
Rest assured that we do our very best to process your orders as soon as possible. We seek your understanding that we cannot be responsible for Singpost's delivery timing or service.
What are your local (Singapore) postage charges?
Local postage charges are calculated upon carting out your items. Charges vary depending on the number/ type of stamps you are getting.
Normal post - refer to Singpost's postage rates for Non-Standard mail
Registered post - an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage fees
We will not be held responsible for lost parcels should customers opt for normal post.
What is the return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
